Vladswim Stroke Correction Program – The program is set up to learn specific drills and skills in a specific order to achieve the desired outcome.
Stroke correction is designed for swimmers to be able to improve their swimming technique.
The aim is to improve your efficiency in the water and reduce your swimming drag before taking the step of joining a swim squad

Common complaints

  • I can swim but I run out of breath after swimming 1 lap
  • I have been swimming for years but fell that my technique is letting me down (I’m slow!)
  • I feel that my swimming is inefficient
  • If I try swimming faster I seems to be not going anywhere
  • Would like to finally overtake my friend I swim with


Swimmers are required to be able to swim a minimum of 100m or more in front crawl (known as freestyle)

Course structure

Stroke correction is covered over 5 sessions. It is essential to attend all sessions consecutively. 

The structure of each session has key focuses, which are:

  1. Body position & relaxing in the water
  2. Body rotation & timing and arm recovery
  3. Correct stroke technique, by using stretch cord  and drills
  4. Body rotation, breathing, correct stroke and video feedback
  5. Drills & preparation for squad training

After completing the course we would like to invite you to our renowned swim squads. This will give you the opportunity to practice your technique and work on your endurance and speed.
